Kara Eberle is the voice actress for Weiss Schnee in RWBY. Kara previously worked at Rooster Teeth for many years. Over her time there, she held a number of different positions, such as receptionist, office manager and podcast set designer. She has since left Rooster Teeth to become the executive assistant at Powerhouse Animation, an animation studio in Austin, Texas. She has been on several of the Rooster Teeth Podcasts and appeared in several other shows. Kara was born in San Marcos, Texas, United States. She says that, in order to get into character for her role as Weiss, she acts "whiny".

Arryn Zech is an American actress best known for her role as Blake Belladonna from RWBY. She also voices the character Dr. Emily Grey in the longest running web-based series, Red vs. Blue, created by the Austin-based production company, Rooster Teeth. Arryn was born in Rota, Spain, but was raised in the city of New Braunfels, Texas. She attended the North East School of Arts high-school in San Antonio, Texas, where she majored in Musical Theatre. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Journalism in Copy Editing and Design, but found her passions still lie with acting and singing. She worked at the university's student run television station, TSTV, where she worked as an actress, writer, and host for multiple shows including Videogame Hour Live and Still Life. With over 10 years of training in theatre, various acting methods, and classical voice, Arryn is now based in LA pursing her career in film and television.

Miles is one of the writers and assistant directors of RWBY, as well as the voice actor for Jaune Arc. He also voices Felix in the popular web series, Red vs. Blue. He is the Head Writer of Animation at Rooster Teeth working on writing, editing, voice acting and graphic designing. He and Kerry Shawcross also own and stream on the Twitch channel Streamyweenies.

Monty Oum was the creator and lead animator on the show RWBY. He was born on June 22, 1981. He dropped out of high school around 2002 and started creating fan videos. In 2007, he used model from Halo 2 and Super Smash Bros. Melee to have a Spartan (Halo) and Samus Aran (Metriod) fight in the "ultimate showdown". Afterwards, he worked at Midway Games as a combat designer and then worked at Namco Games as a combat designer and animator for Afro Samurai. In 2009, he met Burnie Burns at a SDCC International panel. A year later at PAX East 2010, he was announced to be working at Rooster Teeth. He started to animate in Season 8 of the show that started Rooster Teeth, Red v Blue. After working hours on end on RvB, Burnie Burns and Matt Hullum decided to give him his own project. This project would later be known as RWBY. Monty brought on Miles Luna and Kerry Shawcross to write the animated series. RWBY premiered in 2012. On January 22, 2015, Monty was rushed to the hospital due to a severe allergic reaction. The doctors operated on him and Monty fell into a coma for 10 days. He passed away at 4:24 P.M on February 1, 2015.
