Miután látta, hogy egy ember feje leszakadt egy fejszétől, a 16 éves Yuri Honjou remeg a félelemtől és a zavartságtól, amikor elmenekült az álarcos támadó elől, és megtudja, hogy csapdába esett egy elhagyatott épületben, ahol minden ajtó titokzatosan zárva van.
