A Titans eseményei után játszódó sorozat pár klasszikus hős újraértelmezése lesz, mivel a Doom Patrol egy kitaszított szuperhőscsapatot takar, így jön majd Robotman, Negative Man, Elasti-Girl és Crazy Jane, méghozzá Dr. Niles Caulder, azaz a The Chief vezetésével. Mindannyian egy-egy baleset miatt tettek szert a képességükre, de ez a testük eltorzulásával is járt minden esetben.
