Samson Kayo (born 1991/1992) is a British actor, producer and writer. He was nominated for the British Academy Television Award for Best Male Comedy Performance in 2018 for the BBC sketch show Famalam (2017–2020). He created, wrote and starred in the Sky One sitcom Bloods (2021–2022) and received a nomination for the same award in 2022. He won the Royal Television Society Programme Awards for Best Male Comedy Performance in the latter role in 2022 and was nominated in 2019 and 2023. He also created and stars in Sliced(2019–2020), and his other credits include Youngers (2013), Timewasters (2017), and Our Flag Means Death (2022–2023). Julian Barratt Pettifer (born 4 May 1968) is an English comedian, actor and musician. As a comedian and comic actor, he is known for his use of surreal humour and black comedy. During the 2000s he was part of The Mighty Boosh comedy troupe alongside comedy partner Noel Fielding. Born in Leeds, West Yorkshire, Barratt attended the University of Reading and first performed stand up comedy whilst at the University of Reading. In 1997 he first met Mighty Boosh collaborator Noel Fielding when they both appeared on the same comedy bill at a pub in north London. Sometime in around 1998 they then performed their first comedy show together in London which was a mix of both stand up and sketch comedy and then in 1998 they took the show, The Mighty Boosh, to the Edinburgh fringe festival and returned again in 1999 with Arctic Boosh and in 2000 with Autoboosh. In 2001 The Mighty Boosh became a six-part radio show on BBC London Live, called The Boosh later transferring to BBC radio 4. This was followed by the television show The Mighty Boosh, which ran for three series on BBC Three from 2004 to 2007. The show generated a cult following and won a variety of awards. From February to April 2006 they went on tour around the UK with the stage show The Mighty Boosh Live and then toured the UK for a second time from September 2008 to January 2009 with The Mighty Boosh Live: Future Sailors Tour. Alongside Fielding, he has starred in Unnatural Acts, Nathan Barley and Garth Marenghi's Darkplace. Barratt also co-wrote and starred in the 2017 film Mindhorn. He starred in the Channel 4 black comedy-drama sitcom Flowers.

Sam Campbell is an Australian stand-up comedian and actor who performs live stand-up comedy, as well as creating online comedy shows. He made a short comedy series which was broadcast on Comedy Central Australia, and appeared as a guest on ABC TV’s The Checkout. He won the Best Newcomer award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 2015, and the Most Outstanding Show award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 2018. In 2022, he won the Best Comedy Show award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, for his show entitled Comedy Show. This same year, he was also a writer and actor on the cult TV show Don't Hug Me I'm Scared. In 2023, Comedy Show was also nominated in the Best Stand-up category at the UK National Comedy Awards. Campbell was confirmed as a contestant on the sixteenth series of long-running Channel 4 comedy gameshow Taskmaster. In February 2024, Campbell was nominated in the Best TV Comic category and Best Breakthrough Act category at the Chortle Awards.[16] He won in the Best Breakthrough Act category and was voted Comedian's Comedian by his peers. British Comedy Guide revealed Campbell is piloting a Channel 4 series called Make That Movie!, in which he will create films based on the dreams of strangers.
