A nagy svindli, avagy rablóból lesz a legjobb pandúr. Könnyed stílusú, humorral átszőtt, izgalmas krimi, fordulatokkal és némi romantikával. A "fehérgalléros" bűnözőkre szakosodott FBI-ügynök, Peter Burke és az általa elkapott, leleményes és nem utolsó sorban sármos műkincstolvaj, Neal Caffrey alkut kötnek. Szabadlábra helyezik, ha tapasztalatával, hasonló észjárásával segít az igazságszolgáltatásnak rács mögé juttatni az ?úri bűnözőket?. A nőcsábász Caffrey szabad kezet kap az ügyek felderítésében, ami komolyan megnehezíti a közös munkát nem csak szakmai, de érzelmi fronton is. A sorozatban jól ismert arcokkal találkozhatunk.
