Chika Anzai (安済 知佳, Anzai Chika, December 22, 1990) is a Japanese voice actress from Fukui Prefecture. She is affiliated with Avex. Chika Anzai first learned about the voice acting industry in the 5th grade. At the age of 15, she joined the Avex Artist Academy. While she originally commuted between Fukui and Tokyo, the tremendous cost of transportation encouraged her to move to the capital. She lived there on her own, returning to her home in Fukui once per month to attend high school. At the age of 19, she made her debut as the lead role of the anime television series Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzuu, Nagisa Mikogami.

She was born in Chiba Prefecture and is affiliated with Himawari Theater Group. Shion joined Himawari Theater Group when she was 3 years old. She was scouted when she went to accompany her sister, who was a child actress. Since middle school she showed interest in voice acting because of her passion for video games. While in high school, she joined the art club, and in college, she was the bassist of a light music circle. Later, she became a voice actress and played her first lead role as Aoi Aoi in the anime film Her Blue Sky. Some of her major roles include Destiny/Cosette in Takt Op. Destiny and Mai Kawai in Police in a Pod.
