In "Welcome to the Black Dog House," summer has officially arrived on the island. Ben confides in Cat about the real reason he's come home, but will she keep his secret? Meanwhile, the tension between Jon and Luis finally erupts at the welcome bonfire when they come to blows over Katie.

In "Loose Lips Sink Ships," Jon ignores Luis' warnings about Katie and pursues her anyway, but an impromptu gesture at the club could change everything between them. Gabby threatens to fire Luis and Jon when they bring their rivalry to work. Jackie and Emily have different ideas about the perfect venue for Luis' party. In "Cat Fight," Katie is thrilled when Luis returns to the island; they decide to explore their feelings for each other, but will the fact that she still has a boyfriend threaten their happiness? Daniel decides to host an all-white party as a showcase for Sophi and to thank the islanders for their hospitality. Determined to ensure that the event is a smashing success, Daniel enlists Jackie's help to book a few local musicians to provide entertainment, including Ben Taylor. Katie makes it clear to Luis that although she has feelings for him she still needs space to figure things out. Emily is doubtful that her relationship with Jon will last when they leave the island and return to the real world. Sophi is intrigued by Natasha's proposition, while Jackie reconnects with someone from her past. Cat is presented with the opportunity she's been waiting for and she must choose between her dreams of being an artist or staying on the Vineyard with Ben. In a final romantic gesture, Luis asks Katie to stay on the island with him and continue their story, but will Katie give him the answer he wants to hear?.
