On the film side, Elizabeth starred in and produced the 2024 film, Spread opposite Harvey Keitel. She can also be seen in the independent film, Arizona, opposite Danny McBride which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2018, the Drew Barrymore produced horror film, Animal, as well as the Warner Brothers feature Vacation. Gillies also starred in Warner Brothers' animated film, Catwoman. In addition to her acting career, Gillies is a singer who performs regularly to sold out audiences across the country. She has two records out with her longtime friend and collaborator, Seth MacFarlane.
