Claudio Amendola (born 16 February 1963) is an Italian actor, director and television presenter. He starred in the 1993 film The Escort, which was entered into the 1993 Cannes Film Festival. Born in Rome and the son of actors and voice dubbers Ferruccio Amendola and Rita Savagnone, Amendola started his movie career during the 1980s, playing comic roles in some Italian comedies directed by Carlo Vanzina. In 1987 he played his first dramatic role in Soldati - 365 all'alba, directed by Marco Risi, and in the following decade he confirmed his dramatic skills in some movies like Ultrà (1990) and The Escort (1993), both directed by Ricky Tognazzi. During the 2000s Amendola became a very popular television actor, acting in the popular fiction I Cesaroni, the Italian version of Los Serrano. Amendola is married to actress Francesca Neri and they have a son together, Rocco. He also has two daughters from a previous marriage. One of them is voice actress Alessia Amendola. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Sandra Ceccarelli (born 3 July 1967) is an Italian film actress. Daughter of Franco Ceccarelli, guitarist of the 1960s and 1970s Italian rock group Equipe 84, and Sandra von Glasersfeld (daughter of philosopher Ernst von Glasersfeld), Ceccarelli had her film debut at the age of sixteen in Giuseppe Bertolucci's 1985 film Segreti segreti. Between 1995 and 1997 she studied acting with Carlos Alsina and Giorgio Albertazzi. After spending several years in theatre, she returned to film in 2001 by starring in Ermanno Olmi's film The Profession of Arms and Giuseppe Piccioni's Light of My Eyes, for which she won the Volpi Cup for Best Actress at the 2001 Venice Film Festival. She also starred in Piccioni's 2004 film The Life I Want, which won her a second nomination for the David di Donatello for Best Actress award (the Italian equivalent of the Academy Award), and a nomination for the 2005 European Film Award for Best Actress (which she lost to Germany's Julia Jentsch). She also appeared in the 2006 Austrian biopic Klimt about the painter Gustav Klimt and the 2006 Croatian film Libertas about the Renaissance playwright Marin Držić. Angela Finocchiaro (b. Milan, 20 November 1955) is an Italian actress. She began her theatrical career early in the 1970s, with significant experience in the experimental company Quelli di Grock . At the same time, after high school, she enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine while also attending the Accademia Filodrammatici in Milan. A popular theater comedian since the early 1970s, in 1979 she was chosen by Maurizio Nichetti for the film Ratataplan. Since then, she has alternated between theater, film, and television roles.
