Austin Miles Stowell (born December 24, 1984) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Kyle Connellan in Alcon Entertainment's Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2, and as Dalton Joiner in the Vietnam romantic drama Love and Honor with Liam Hemsworth. Austin Stowell was born in Kensington, Connecticut, where he was raised by his father, Robert, a retired steelworker, and his mother, Elizabeth, a schoolteacher. He graduated from Berlin High School in 2003 with the intention of pursuing a professional career in acting. Upon acceptance at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut, he studied with the Department of Dramatic Arts, a division of the School of Fine Arts. He performed in several productions with the Connecticut Repertory Theatre, including Julius Caesar, It Can't Happen Here, and As You Like It. Stowell graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2007.

He has also guest starred in a number of television series including Degrassi: The Next Generation, Odyssey 5, The Zack Files and CSI: Miami. In addition he has also appeared in a number of films like The Covenant, A History of Violence, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, The Pacifier, and Zerophilia. He also had a recurring role as Evan Frasier in the ABC Family original series Beautiful People and co-starred in the Disney Channel Original Movies Alley Cats Strike and The Cheetah Girls with Raven-Symoné acting as Galleria's love interest, Derek. Currently residing in Los Angeles, CA, Kyle spends some of his free time playing his favorite sport, soccer. Other hobbies include swimming, horseback riding and mountain biking. He played on the Erin Mills soccer team, and attended Port Credit Secondary School in Mississauga, Ontario. Mariel Molino, born Mariel Chantal, is a Mexican American actress. She grew up in San Diego, California. Both her parents are from Mexico City, she grew up speaking Spanish at home. She began performing in small plays at her school and at Coronado School of the Arts by age six. By that age, she was convinced she wanted to become an actor. Her career started in Mexico City through theatre, television and film. In Los Angeles, Mariel studied at Loyola Marymount University, Anthony Meindl Actor's Workshop and HB Studio in New York City.
