Jessup is also widely known for his leading role as Tyler Locke in the Netflix fantasy series 'Locke & Key' (2020-2022), where he starred in all three seasons. His directing career began in 2014 with the short film 'Little Coffins', which is now considered a lost media. He went on to direct several other shorts, including 'Boy' (2015), 'Lira's Forest' (2017), 'The Constant' (2018), and the documentary 'A.W. A Portrait of Apichatpong Weerasethakul' (2018). In 2019, Jessup contributed to the '30/30 Vision: Three Decades of Strand Releasing' project, directing one of 30 short films.
