Tomokazu Sugita is a Japanese voice actor who was born on October 11, 1980 in Saitama, Japan. Previously affiliated with Atomic Monkey, he is now the CEO of AGRS Co., Ltd. His bloodtype is B. Sugita and fellow seiyuu Narita Ken are sometimes referred to as "brothers" due to a joke made during Live Pastel Collection 2003. During an Omaera No Tame Darou event, hosts Toshiyuki Morikawa and Nobuyuki Hiyama asked Sugita how they were similar. His answer was that both of them rarely blink, making eye-to-eye contact with either a frightening encounter. Sugita has also had a close friendship with fellow seiyuu Yuichi Nakamura since 2001. Both play male leads in two anime adapted from Key visual novels, Yuichi Aizawa of Kanon and Tomoya Okazaki of Clannad, respectively. Sugita won for "Best Supporting Actor" in the Third Seiyu Awards. On April 1, 2020, he left Atomic Monkey, where he had belonged for many years, and on October 11, 2019 he established AGRS Co., Ltd., where he serves as the representative director.

Takehito Koyasu is a Japanese voice actor. Koyasu is part of the voice actor quartet Weiß consisting of Weiß Kreuz voice castmates Shinichiro Miki, Tomokazu Seki, and Hiro Yūki. He used to work for Production Baobab but is now the head of T's Factory, a voice actor company he founded in 1998. Koyasu is known for his deep, smooth voice, which often lands him in roles that are either villains or lonely bishōnen. Recently, though (as in the cases of Mitsurugi Hanagata from Saber Marionette J, Ryo Kuroyanagi from Yakitate!! Japan, Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, and Kei Itoshiki from (Zoku) Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei) he has been voicing more and more lively/humorous characters. According to Hisaya Nakajo, the manga artist of the series Hana-Kimi, the character of Masao Himejima was designed with Koyasu's voice in mind; the voice actor ended up voicing this character in the series' drama CDs. On 18 September 2009, he created Velvet Underworld series which is the first drama CD of the series, "The Fool". In the following month, "The Wheel of Fortune" had released as the second drama CD of the series.

His older brother is voice actor Kōzō Shioya. He belongs to Pro-Fit. He has done some voice directing in such anime as Basilisk: The Kouga Ninja Scrolls. After spending years working as an office lady for a Tokyo executive, she enrolled in the Tokyo Announcement Academy and joined the talent agency Mausu Promotion, with whom she was affiliated at the time of her death. She was best known for her portrayal of Motoko Kusanagi in the Ghost in the Shell film and franchise, and she also voiced Konan in Naruto, Caster in Fate/stay night, Lisa Lisa in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Chun-Li in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, Claudette in Queen's Blade, Francis Midford in Black Butler, Karura in Utawarerumono, Bayonetta in the Bayonetta series, Hanami in Jujutsu Kaisen, and Kyrie Ushiromiya in Umineko no Naku Koro ni.
