Having traversed some of the best European culinary capitals on offer, there is a gastronomical gem that remains unexplored by our troublesome trio. This time, Gordon, Gino and Fred are heading to Spain to immerse themselves in the very best culture and cuisine on offer. They begin in Andalusia, before continuing through Galicia and more, trying out the best seafood, wine and tapas on offer as they take in stunning locations, adventures and plenty of pranks.
Gordon Ramsay, Gino D'Acampo and Fred Sirieix head to Galicia in north-west Spain, starting with a search for shellfish in Cambados with some truly inspirational women, then on to discover the heroics of winemaking in Ribeira Sacra.
