With a taste for quirky, character-driven material, Harris is known for playing 1930's starlet "Daisy Adair" in Showtime's cult hit Dead Like Me (2003) with Mandy Patinkin and Callum Blue. Film work includes Robert Rodriguez's The Faculty (1998), Christopher Guest 's A Mighty Wind (2003) and Chris Smith's comedic thriller Severance (2006) with Toby Stephens and Tim McInnerny. In her personal time, Laura is active in the food justice community, recently receiving a full scholarship for the University of California, Berkeley to study social-ecological systems design. Peter Howitt is an English actor and film director. He grew up in Eltham, London and Bromley, Kent, Peter used to be a part of the Priory Players in the Priory behind Christ Church, Eltham. He has two children, Luke (born 1990) and Amy (born 2008). He currently resides in Vancouver, Canada. He first found success playing Joey Boswell in the British TV series Bread. In 1998 he wrote and directed his first film, Sliding Doors (1998). Since then he has directed several films, including AntiTrust (2001), Johnny English (2003), Laws of Attraction (2004) and Dangerous Parking (2008) which he adapted from the novel by Stuart Browne, produced and directed as well as playing the lead role.

Maxim Roy (born March 7, 1972, Rigaud, Quebec) is a Canadian actress. Among her other roles, she currently stars in the English version of the Canadian police drama television series 19-2. Roy has worked in theatre, film and television. Her breakthrough was the lead in a thirteen-episode TV series Au nom du Pere et du Fils. She then went on to do the sequel, Le Sorcier. She appeared in Love & Human Remains and in the television film Platinum. Her theatrical work includes roles in musicals and in the play L'Affaire Tartuffe. She appeared in the Golden Reel winning Les Boys in 1999. Roy is a founder and co-owner of the film production company, Sanna Films. The company's first film Final Four, was written and directed by Roy. After she passed her Abitur, Lahme studied Japanology and English for four semesters. After that she decided to become an actress. One of her first noted roles was "Karen Stember" a student nurse in the German TV show Geliebte Schwestern (trans. "Beloved Sisters"). This went on for 250 episodes. She also had numerous appearances in other German shows and feature films. She last played the role of Nadia Schilling in the TV series Defying Gravity. Peter Hewitt (b. October, 9 1962, Brighton, England, United Kingdom) is an English film director and writer, known for Garfield (2004) (credited as Pete Hewitt), Thunderpants (2002), Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey (1991) and The Candy Show (1989). Upon graduating from England's National Film and Television School in 1990, Hewitt flew to Hollywood with his BAFTA award-winning short film, The Candy Show, in hand. Once there, he called executives from major U.S. studios and asked if he could show them his film. Soon after, he landed an agent and made his feature film directorial debut with Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey. Although not as big a success as the original, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, the movie made a profit. He turned to TV next, directing the first two hours of the mini-series Wild Palms. He directed Disney's Tom and Huck in 1995 which was based on Mark Twain's The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. Hewitt returned to Britain to film The Borrowers, loosely based on a children's novel by Mary Norton of the same name. He remained in England to helm Whatever Happened to Harold Smith? (1999), then tried his hand at TV work again with The Princess of Thieves (2001), filmed in Romania but featuring a mostly British cast, including a young Keira Knightley as Robin Hood's daughter, Gwyn. Hewitt co-wrote the script for his next film, Thunderpants. It was filmed in the U.K.
