Kumud Pant is a multi-talented Nepali actor, model, director, film producer, and social worker, widely recognized for his contribution to the entertainment industry and his commitment to social causes. He is a vegetarian by lifestyle and strongly believes in giving back to society, notably, he donates 10% of his earnings to social work, supporting community welfare and humanitarian initiatives. Born on 13 May 1971 in the Dang district of Nepal, Kumud Pant grew up in Teraute village, a small rural area near the Himalayan boundary. Coming from an academic family, both his father and mother were teachers, which instilled in him strong values of education, discipline, and service from an early age. His passion for acting and modeling developed during his childhood and continued to grow as he pursued his dreams despite limited opportunities in his hometown. Kumud Pant completed his school education at Rajhena High School, Dang, and later earned his higher education from Mahendra Multiple Campus, Dang. Seeking broader exposure, he moved to Kathmandu, where he officially entered the modeling world. In 1995, he received his first modeling assignment with the Nepali magazine Satya Katha, marking the beginning of his professional journey. He later made his film debut in the movie Janma Janma, appearing in a supporting role, which further strengthened his foothold in the entertainment industry. During the early phase of his career, Kumud Pant acted in films and creative projects in his hometown and later expanded his portfolio by working in TV series, commercials, music videos, and modeling assignments across Nepal. Although his initial modeling career in Nepal was short-lived, his determination remained strong. In 1998, he migrated to the United Kingdom, where he continued to pursue his passion for acting and modeling. Currently residing in Aldershot, Hampshire, UK, Kumud Pant found new opportunities abroad, and his career gradually flourished. His persistence, hard work, and creative vision helped him establish a strong presence in the UK’s Nepali entertainment circle. Over time, he evolved not only as a performer but also as a successful entrepreneur in the entertainment industry. He is presently running Kumud Entertainment, through which he produces films and creative content while supporting emerging talents. Beyond cinema and business, Kumud Pant remains deeply connected to social service, using his platform and resources to uplift society. His life journey-from a small village in Dang to international recognition-stands as an inspiring example of dreams, dedication, and social responsibility.

Having spent several years working in retail management and looking for an outlet for his artistic nature, after some soul-searching and a strong desire for something different in life, Neil discovered acting towards the end of 2011, an avenue he didn't think was previously possible for himself. Due to his physique, 6'7"/201cm and 130kg , Neil was beginning to be offered the roles of henchmen, doorman, security guards and villains which has included a number of appearances in television and films that have included BBC's prime time Saturday show 'Atlantis' in 2013, Channel 4's cult comedy 'Cardinal Burns' in 2014 and a number of appearances in a variety of TV shows such as 'Stan Lee's Lucky Man', 'Chrisleys Knows Best' and 'Murder in Successville'. Although typecasted due to his size, Neil brings nothing but professionalism and positivity to the roles he is given in what is a tough and highly competitive industry.
