Noé Hernández Álvarez was born on November 10, 1969 in Atitalaquía, Hidalgo, the son of peasant parents. He studied Dramatic Arts at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. He was about to enroll to become a lawyer, but changed his mind at the last minute after flipping through the school brochure since he used to act in theatrical production while in high school. After graduating in 1994, he became a high school teacher for seven years in Toluca and at the same time founded an experimental theater group, then moved to Mexico City as he wanted to act in films. Hernandez spent three years attending three or four casting calls a week, until he signed a contract to do a commercial and then a small role in the film Propiedad Ajena in 2007. The following year, she had her first supporting role in the film Espiral (2008) and then a 40-second role in the film Sin Nombre, directed by Cary Fukunaga. He then appeared in supporting roles in the films Vaho (2010), Somos Lo Que Hay(2010) and El Infierno (2010). During the filming of Sin Nombre, Hernández met filmmaker Gerardo Naranjo, who years later offered her the leading role in Miss Bala,45 which was written by Naranjo and Mauricio Katz, the film is about a beauty pageant contestant, played by Stephanie Sigman. In 2024 he won the Ariel Award for Best Actor for his role in Kokoloko.

He is also Mr. Tumnus in Epic Movie and the cashier in Wild Hogs. He worked in a theater company in Tijuana for eight years before moving to Mexico City where he worked for a Swiss company, a clown theater. In 2007 he was nominated in the MTV Movie Awards for Best Fight Scene with Jack Black and the Los Duendes. Jiménez appeared on the August 23, 2007 episode of the pre-schooler's show Yo Gabba Gabba! on Nick Jr. for the recurring Dancey Dance segment. Luisa Huertas is an actress of Salvadoran and Mexican nationality, born on June 24, 1951, in San Salvador, El Salvador. Born to a Spanish refugee father and a Mexican businesswoman mother, Luisa was trained at the Escuela de Arte Teatral del INBA and the Centro Universitario de Teatro CUT-UNAM, two of Mexico's most respected institutions. She spent part of the 1970s in film and was also known for her role as Rosita in the children's series Sesame Street, before beginning her remarkable career in Mexican television, in several of the most popular and recognized telenovelas, including Dulce Desafío (1988-1989), Carrusel (1989), Al filo de la muerte (1991), Volver a empezar (1994), among others. A founding member of the Mexican Academy of Theatrical Art, in addition to being a member of the Advisory Board of the CUT of the UNAM, she has also been a stable and frequent cast member of the National Theater Company. In recent years, Luisa has participated in series such as La casa de las flores (2020), Todo por nada (2021) and in films such as Dos mujeres y una Vaca (2015) and Cosas imposibles (2021). She is a graduate of the Escuela de Arte Teatral del INBA and the Centro Universitario de Teatro, CUT-UNAM where she has also taught. She is co-founder and General Director of the Centro de Estudios para el Uso de la Voz (CEUVOZ).
