After writing for comedy shows and appearing in the medical drama Casualty (2009–2010), he made his feature directorial debut with Black Pond (2011). He gained further acclaim for his Channel 4 comedy-drama Flowers (2016). He then starred in the BBC Two series Defending the Guilty (2018–2019) and Giri/Haji (2019), the latter of which earned him a British Academy Television Award. Sharpe went on to direct the film The Electrical Life of Louis Wain and the Sky Atlantic miniseries Landscapers (both 2021). He also starred in the second season of The White Lotus (2022). She began her career in music videos and the Disney series Penny on M.A.R.S. in which she played the title role and Alex & Co. on the Disney Channel. In 2019, she was the sole actress in the last of eight episodes of the BBC mini-series, Soon Gone: A Windrush Chronicle, a series showing life in the UK for successive generations of people with Caribbean heritage, as Michaela Williams. In The Observer, Kwame Kwei-Armah was quoted as saying "Her performance was incredible, I was amazed at how she brought such empathy and insight to the part". Barrett shares the same background as her character in the series, as her father is mixed-race and her grandfather Jamaican; the Windrush story is part of her family background. Jonathan Aris is a British stage, film and television actor, he is the son of the late British character actor Ben Aris but, despite having a thespian as a father, acting was not his first choice. He studied painting at Camberwell School of Art and read Russian and Italian at Cambridge University before training as an actor at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Like his father, Jonathan has chiefly been seen in character roles, notably on television as the private secretary to the (female) Prime Minister in The Amazing Mrs Pritchard (2006). He also does a great number of voice-overs for television commercials and narration for documentaries. He has made numerous stage appearances and was in the original London cast of "Fame - the Musical".

Passionate about Greek mythology, drama, and adventure, Sidhant also enjoys gaming with his elder brother and taking his two golden retrievers on long walks exploring the English countryside.
