But when the weekend comes, they become "Mother of the Bride", one of the most hardworking wedding and event bands in Seattle struggling to play the big parties. When Tommy is approached by the woman who broke his heart and is asked to play her wedding, the band has a chance to make a name for themselves with the biggest party planners in town, Rutherford Events.
