Debbie has had quite a year since moving to Hidden Hills from Bayonne, but knows she will soon face her arch nemesis, the wealthy and beautiful Tina Giannulli. Likewise, Marty is excited his high school hair band, Motor Baut, has been asked to perform at the event, but his moment of glory is soon turned upside down in more than one way.
